Definitions

Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means
a natural person who is a California resident. A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1)
every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2)
every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or
transitory purpose.

United States who enrolled with and created “Provider” user accounts with the purpose of
accessing the shared data of a group of patient users

HIPAA stands for the United States law named the Health Insurance Portability
and Accountability Act (HIPAA) which outlines national standards for the treatment of sensitive
health information with the consent of patients.

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in

resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
