Adding Electronic RecordsPatients
Occassionally, you may want to upload information in the same form of electronic medical records. These manually added electronic records can be created using the form that can be accessed by clicking the "Add Manual Data" button in the top corner of the Medical Records page. The resulting form will allow you to enter the type of information to add, but if your basic Patient information was not manually uploaded, you will have to first do that.
After entering the Patient resource in its entirety, you will be free to select the resource type and fill the fields as appropriate. Tooltips are provided to assist you in filling the fields. Once you are finished entering information, click the save button at the bottom of the form. If the data cannot be saved successfully, you may have to attempt to fill all fields. The "Go Back" button will return you to the main Medical Records page.
